Topic Purpose

An earlier lesson taught a basic opening strategy for White and Black. Now that you’ve been using it and know more about chess strategy, these lessons will dive deeper into using these openings.  Some students may have switched to another opening and defense, so this is considered an optional series. Each lesson also includes an endgame study to enable members to outplay opponents and  to win at endgames.
